My mission is to take YOU and help you heal your mind, give support to your body, and you find your spirit. The goal is to get you to peace, joy, and handle all difficulties that come your way. My 10 Week Transform You program is meant to give my art, tools, training, support, and motivation to get you to the finish line. To heal your mind, you have the map/compass from the Simple Phases, inspiration from the Self Game to be let go of what is holding you back and finishing with Peace Week. Once your mind is striving for peace, I am going to be adding extra support with Rose Intuitive Messages 'RIM' starting in May. If you are wanting to find more in-depth self-spirit discovery than it is the Seven Levels of Being Human, my foundation of any Rose program. This 7 Levels takes you from human conscious to a Spirit Conscious.

Phase One "Why"
Welcome to Calming the Chaos
Phase One is meant to get you started on finding your spirit. We start with my 5 Simple Habits: Gratitude, Self-care, Grounding, Support, and Honesty. These habits, when established, you will be able to see and deal with your life AS-IS. The 'Word' portion of the ten weeks is now the 'Self Game,' details on the 'Self game' page. All 5 Simple Habits videos are NOW available (see page below). Start making the habits part of your everyday. If you want to take it a step further than take the 'I Am' Pledge Commitment by following the START link to the page, it is on.
Phase Three 'Help"
Transformation needs tools!!
Phase Three is set up to give you some much needed tools to help you during the 'work.' I will be addressing these tools throughout the 10 Week Transform YOU Rose program. These tools I used throughout my journey and use them every single day for healing and growth. Each day of the 10 weeks gives you many life nuggets, messages, inspiration, motivation just for you. These tools at times, were the difference of making it and falling back.
Phase Two "Fears"
What are you without Fear?
Phase Two is here to help identity the fears that might be holding you from the self-healing process. We will break down the top fears that need to be addressed to move forward with your healing. To touch on a few, we have already addressed with the 5 Simple Habits videos is being seen/not being seen, trust issues, control issues, fear itself, or just being honest. During the !0-weeks, Fearless Fridays is there to address what is not helping you let go, move on, overcome, or conquer. My goal is to make you...
Phase Four "Work"
Work-it like it is your only job
Congrats!! You are signing up for the 10 Week Transform YOU program. You have strength and courage in YOU. You are not giving up on yourself. Let's review, start today with my 5 Simple habits videos using the tools I give you, with the fears you're kicking. Next, using those habits you just got, move on to the healing portion of the 10 Week Transform You program called the 'Self Game.' Read the 'Self Game' page for details about improving your game of life. Finally, we end the 10 weeks with Peace Week, see the page below to what is possible with peace. I am so proud:) You are conquering, overcoming, moving on, letting go, and becoming. Keep up the hard work. The road can be difficult, but the destination is finding your peace.
Phase Five "After-Care"

You have finally finished the 10 Week Transform YOU program.... AMAZING btw. How do you maintain your peace, keep your joy, and handle anything that life throws at you? I would never just leave you hanging, I have a SIMPLE plan. Remember you got here because YOU did the work. The work does not end here, but the toughest part is behind you. You got to the top of the mountain and now you are just taking your time on the way back down. After Peace Week ends, I give you the after-care plan called "SIMPLE."

My Self Game Prevention Plan
My vision for all of you is to find your peace, find your joy, and find your passion. When we heal ourselves, we heal the world around us. We are a small pebble in a large pond, but we can make a wave. I want to help YOU, yes YOU, achieve your goals and find the life you have always wanted. I will warn you the road to peace is not an easy journey, but the destination is worth all the bumps and bruises you get along the way. You can see my story throughout the pages of this website. I had a psychosis, taking me from reality and at the same time making me face my life, my choices, and my lies. I had no distractions anymore keeping me from changing until God stepped in my life and said, 'DEAL!' I had the most amazing experience in 2023 with the unseen realm and came away knowing and questioning all that I knew. I want you to do the same. Take the time to deal, to start, to face the truth, and find your peace. If you're willing to have some love, kindness, and patience with yourself-you can join me.
